Mid-February Chronicles

I thought I'd mention what's been going on this month so far. Writing down your thoughts always makes one better.
Earlier this month, we took Justus to the doc and he had an ear infection, bronchitis and very mild pneumonia. He was put on antibiotics and a nebulizer breathing treatment. The doc said he may have the beginning stages of asthma but we are praying not, of course. He is doing just fine now and is back to eating carrots and squash, his two favorites at the moment.
Glory tried out a ballet class last week and said it wasn't her thing, She really wants to take a cooking class so her and I are going to spend some girl time in the kitchen, with her pink apron and chef hat, of course! She says she wants to be like Rachel Ray! Grace is still in gymnastics and loves it. Grace and I enjoy our time together during the day. Yesterday we went swimsuit shopping for me and had a good time, although the polka dot bikini Grace picked out for me barely fit over my pinky toe! Ha, ha! Obviously, we didn't get that one!
This last weekend was an awesome Valentine's weekend. We went to Chili's Valentine's night with the whole family and had a great time. Justus knocked over Jonathan's beer which then spilled all over Jonathan's jeans and Justus. We all laughed.. Then Justus tried to choke on a cracker and proceeded to pull Glory's pizza off the table, which Glory caught in her lap.
On Sunday, I got to do worship at a different church and I took Justus with me. All the old ladies "adopted" him for the morning and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Meanwhile, Jonathan was on call and had to go into town and drop the girls off at a friends house, who took them to church.
That night, we went to Macaroni Grill for dinner, totally FREE!!!! Jonathan has an Ecolab account there and the manager asked us to come to dinner on her. We were smart to accept the offer. The food was awesome and we had another great time. I love little perks like that.
I've been working out with my friend, Amanda, approx. 3x weekly and it's kickin' my tail but I feel great afterwards! I plan to keep it up.
Jonathan and I both have consultations this Thursday regarding laser eye surgery for our vision. I'm really excited about looking into that.
Jonathan's work is going well. He's still working alot but enjoying it and I'm loving my job too.
The weather here is great. Picnic weather every day. We cannot wait for the splash pad to open.
We love you all.
